3 Bedroom House in Petoskey

Come stay in this comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse. There are two units in this duplex, each with its own entrance with a shared deck in the back. There is a large back yard with lots of room to relax. This quaint old home has been fully remodeled and has a small view of the bay! Walk downtown for dinner or shopping. We are close to bike trails, beaches, golf and ski resorts and much more. It is situated in a quiet residential area. This unit accommodates 6 comfortably.
We have windowl air conditioning units: one upstairs and one downstairs. We use old school window fans too!

Summary: The duplex was clean and well-stocked, great for 2 teenagers and their parents. Neighborhood was quiet and the house in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Property manager/owner communicated clearly. Great experience!!

Summary: This is our second time staying here and not our last. The host is very kind and helpful. We love the convenient location to everything downtown and appreciate the amenities. Love all the games available too. Everything is clean & comfortable. It's very cozy & charming. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Summary: Loved the condo, location and Colleen. The mattresses are tired. The Queen bedroom backs up to the UPS or Post Office. Very loud and bright. Thank God they weren't open on Sunday. I was able to sleep Saturday night. Winter may be better because windows are closed, and drapes drawn. Colleen was a wonderful host. Came right away when there was a problem with the sink. Having given my review, I would stay there again.

Summary: We looked for a place that was close to downtown ~ and to The Stafford Perry as we were visiting Petoskey for a wedding. The house totally met our expectations and we had a wonderful stay. Unbeknownst to us, our in-laws reserved the 'other half' of the house so it was even better to be so close during our stay. Thank you for your hospitality and restaurant suggestions~
